Would mice&rats be considered white meat or red meat?

LOL!! I'm going to spend the night in my garden trying to stab one with a pitchfork just so that I can cook it and see if it is white or red!





The chicken nuggets in MacDonald鈥檚 are white and I'm pretty sure their's gonna be some rat in that!Would mice%26amp;rats be considered white meat or red meat?
It doesn't matter in my opinion, I just deep fry them. But when I roast them, I'd say red meat. Mice are very chewy, but good. I like to get fat white rats, fry them, and eat them with ketchup.Would mice%26amp;rats be considered white meat or red meat?
