How often do you give fresh fruits and vegetables to rats?

Every day.. They have a dish for lab blocks in the cage 24 hours a day along with another dish for dry mix (equal amounts of gerbil mix, oatmeal, total, cheerios, whole grain brown rice, whole grain elbow macaroni, dried fruit, dog food, and puffed wheat). In the evening I put in a mix of fresh and frozen veggies. They also get a few pieces anytime I eat a fruit or veggie.How often do you give fresh fruits and vegetables to rats?
