We have rats in our loft and are told that they are getting into there via the sewers. I am not sure where to go from here, we have tried the counsil and thames water with no help. we own our own home and dont know what to do next.Who do we contact for rats in sewers?
Health department, pest control company. The council should really be helping you. They should at least give you advice on who to contact. You may own your own home but i bet your family pays council taxWho do we contact for rats in sewers?
Call the ministry of health/Health Department. If they feel that it poses a problem they will take care of it. If not they should know where to call.
