I have two rats and my buddy has a cat we are moving in to our apartment in the next month or so and I wanted to know if I could bring my rats without his cat thinking they were breakfast/lunch/dinner.Can Cats and Rats live together without harm?
You would need to introduce them VERY slowly and supervise them at all times! It probably depends on the cat's personality as well. If he's really laidback then it will be easier, but if he's hyper and he likes to chase things, i imagine it might be a little tougher. However i've seen youtube videos of cats and rats getting along, so i assume it is possible.
