What is the best fruit and veg to feed my pet rats?are green peppers ok?

I just got 2 female pet rats and am unsure as to what is the best fruit and veg to feed them, theres a lot of stuff online but its all saying different things!thanks xWhat is the best fruit and veg to feed my pet rats?are green peppers ok?
Green peppers are fine! Here's some more suggestions from my website:

Romaine lettuce (not iceburg!), peas, corn (occasionally), squash (butternut, acorn, orangetti, spaghetti), broccoli, kale, carrots, bok choy, parsley, bell peppers (red, yellow, orange), sweet potato (cooked, not raw!), cilantro, and dandelion greens.

Fresh veggies should be given daily. As for fruits, they should be fed more sparingly (once or twice a week) since they are high in sugar.

Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cranberries, strawberries, bananas, apples, and pears.

It's generally best to go with organic fruits and veggies so as to avoid pesticides. What is the best fruit and veg to feed my pet rats?are green peppers ok?
My rats love cucumbers and carrots! Also Apple and Grapes as an occasional treat. Also, there are little colorful 'twigs' at the pet store that my rats love...I can't remember the exact name of them though...You can't miss them, they are orange, green and red and about an inch long and come in a little bag. I think it might be Tasty Twigs
